Janjivan Bureau / New Delhi : Flat handover ceremony of Dream Valley Phase-II, Greater Noida was successfully organised in the presence of K.P. Mahadevaswamy, Chairman & Managing Director, NBCC, Dr. Suman Kumar, Director (Commercial), NBCC and Shri L. Sivaraman, representative of the Learned Court Receiver, homebuyers and senior officers of NBCC.
The event marked a significant milestone in the completion and delivery of the project, bringing relief and joy to homebuyers. During the ceremony, 51 possession letters were officially handed over to the homebuyers.
Dream Valley Phase-II comprises of 8,300 flats spread across 47 towers. Currently around 50% of the project has been successfully completed. The project is progressing steadily, with NBCC ensuring quality construction and timely delivery. During the recent ceremony, possession letters for 51 flats were officially handed over to homebuyers, marking a significant step towards fulfilling the aspirations of residents awaiting their dream homes. NBCC remains committed to ensuring timely execution and delivery of the project, with continuous efforts to expedite the completion of the remaining flats and towers.
