New Deljhi : Campaigning for 3rd phase of Bihar Assembly polls to be held on 28th October is in full swing. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will hold three public meetings in Bihar on October 26, two days before the third phase of assembly elections.
He will address two rallies in West Champaran district and one in Sitamarhi, a Congress statement said.
Congress in alliance with JD(U) and RJD is contesting on 41 seats in the state while its other partners are fighting in 101 seats each.
Rahul has addressed a few rallies in Bihar so far.
Eighty-one constituencies have gone to polls so far in two phases and 162 will go in the next three remaining phases.
Talking of the NDA, BJP president Amit Shah launched scathing attacks on Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad.
Several other leaders of NDA are also addressing rallies and appealed to vote for NDA for development of Bihar.
BJP’s star campaigner and Bollywood dream girl Hema Malini addressed many rallies. She alleged that no development work was carried out in last 15 years.
On the other hand, leaders of grand alliance also left no stone unturned to woo voters . Nitish, Lalu and Congress leaders addressed many rallies.
Third front leaders including Pappu Yadav also conducted road shows and addressed many rallies.
All eyes are now on 28th October when voting will take place.
